Big Bang has been named as the new endorsement models for Ludacris‘s luxury headphones line, ‘Soul by Ludacris‘.
On September 22nd, Soul & Media Group, a Korean distributor for audio equipment, announced that Big Bang will be endorsing ‘Soul by Ludacris’ in Korea. Starting today, the products will be up for pre-order on the YG E-Shop, G-Market, 11th Street, Interpark, GS Shop, AK Mall, and others.
On September 29th, Big Bang and other top celebrities will also be attending the launch party for the brand. Big Bang also has a lot of fun promotional events lined up that fans can look forward to.

An all-star roster of male Korean artists will be coming together for a concert with the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)!
Super Junior, B2ST, F.T. ISLAND, Sung Shi Kyung, and Seo In Guk will team up for a concert called ‘Music Olympic The One 2011 Concert“, which will take place on September 30th at the Seoul Jamsil Olympic Stadium. Japanese artist AI, actor KABA, and Arthur Kuroda will also be in attendance at this event.
This event is to bring together music and the Olympics, and “The One” signifies that people should come together as one to protect the environment. This happens in Korea every four years so it is definitely an important opportunity to spread Hallyu. Next year, it will take place in Thailand.
There are two ways to win free tickets to this concert. You can win tickets via an iPhone application called “Scratch It (긁어부스럼)”. Also through the official website, fans can upload personal stories about protecting the environment and if your story is chosen, you will receive free tickets.

K-pop group MBLAQ announced new details for their second Japanese single through their official Japanese homepage. This single has been announced to be titled, “Baby U!” (slated for released on October 26th) and this song was previously noted as the latest opening theme song for Nippon TV’s anime “Beelzebub”.
This upcoming single will be sold in four editions: Limited Edition A, B, C and a Regular Edition. The limited versions will all enclose a DVD in addition to the already included CD.
Also, they have announced that they will also hold a commemoration event for this release exclusively for the purchasers of this single titled, ‘High Five Meeting & “Extremely” Limited LIVE & Large BINGO Festival!’. This festival will be held in three different cities in Japan.

After a 2 year hiatus, Japanese R&B artist DOUBLE will be coming back to the music scene with the release of a new album on October 5th. Included in the album titled “Woman”, fans will be able to find “Count3 feat. Jun.K”, featuring boy group member Junsu.
DOUBLE decided to make a return to the music scene after she found new energy to move on. Attracted by 2PM’s performances, she asked to collaborate with its members. Junsu’s activities in Japan and South Korea had him stuck on a tight schedule, only being able to record at night.
The song was revealed to be inspired by the momentum of Kpop, the mix of a Japanese and Korean singers, and will incorporate trendy tunes often heard in Kpop songs.

After all the rumours, it has been confirmed that 2NE1 is set to visit Bangkok, Thailand as they bring their “Nolza” live concert in the country.
2NE1 is set to visit the country on the 29th of October, as organized by Yamaha, naming the concert as “Yamaha Presents: 2NE1 1st Live Concert NOLZA in Bangkok”. Though YG hasn’t confirmed the tour stop yet, the two companies previously collaborated as the group promoted their “Fiore” line in the country, further releasing the track “Don’t Stop The Music” as its theme song.
Tickets are set to go on sale on the 8th of October with seats ranging from 4,500, 3,000, 2,000 and 1,000 Baht.
Just last month, 2NE1 kicked off their debut concert in South Korea and is currently in Japan to continue their six day concert tour.
Kyuhyun, one of the members of Super Junior, was selected to fill the empty seat Heechul has taken as an emcee of Radio Show before joining the army this month. At the first shooting held on September 21, he underwent a harsh hazing.
According to the production team of the show, besides Kyuhyun, various celebrities will plan to be invited to infuse life into the show.
Meanwhile, Super Junior will continue to carry out activities with “A-CHA,” the second title song from its album.
