More information regarding the Wonder Girls‘ 2nd Korean studio album has been released. They group initially released two sets of teaser photos (1), unveiling their transformation to fans, shedding their retro look from the “Nobody” and “2 Different Tears” days for black leather outfits.
In just a matter of a few weeks, the first Billboard K-Pop event will occur in Las Vegas featuring some of the most popular Korean artists: TVXQ, SHINee, G.NA, 4minute, BEAST, MBLAQ, Brown Eyed Girls, and SISTAR.
November 25th has been officially declared as “K-Pop Masters Day” by the city of Las Vegas in honor of the first Billboard K-Pop Masters events that will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on November 25th and 26th, with the red carpet event occuring on November 25th.
Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman said, “Las Vegas is known as the entertainment capital of the world, so it is only fitting that Billboard has chosen our fabulous city to showcase the top Korean pop stars. We have long been proud of the Korean entertainers who have performed in our city over the years. I welcome the events to Las Vegas, and I know they will be a great success.”

The rumors and evidence about this couple is continuously spreading.
Daragon couple came from the names of two people involved, namely Sandara “DARA” Park of 2NE1 and Kwon Ji Yong “G-DRAGON” of Big Bang. According to observant fans, they are trying their best to hide their relationship. Yet, there’s too much evidence out there. When you watch some of the fan made videos showing evidence of their relationship, you might come to the same conclusion.
The rumors and evidence become stronger as time passed by. For example, in an interview last January 29, Dara was asked who is her ideal man. She shyly said that when it comes to her ideal man, there are always different men in mind, but this time it was G-Dragon. After giving her answer, she shyly smiled. When she explained why she chose G-Dragon, she simply answered it’s “G-Dragon”. She was touched by his move when they were in their company’s ski trips last year. Same explanation was said by G-Dragon on a different interview.
In another example, the fans noticed that these two were wearing the same bracelet and ring that only couples wear. Speculations became stronger than ever when CL, 2NE1′s leader, bought the same ring as a gift for their group so that people will lessen their speculations. CL’s tactic didn’t lessen any of the speculations because it was so obvious that 2NE1 members were trying their best to hide what really is going on. If the 2NE1 members are trying their best to hide it, one of the Bigbang members gave some hints about the couple, or let’s just say he tries to reveal it. That member was Seungri, the youngest member of Bigbang who happens to be G-dragon’s room mate.

Dubbed as Asia’s leading music awards show, the ‘2011 MAMA‘ (or ‘Mnet Asian Music Awards’) is offering a sensational event for international K-Pop fans to experience the show live!
Entertainment company, CJ E&M has teamed up with some of the top Korean music labels in order to help improve the organization of their concerts and further spread the K-pop Hallyu wave throughout the world.
A conference titled ‘CJ E&M Global Concert brand M-Live K-POP Joint Advancement‘ took place on November 2nd in Seoul, and in attendance were CJ E&M representative Ahn Suk Jun, Star Empire‘s Shin Joo Hak, Amoeba Culture‘s Ko Kyung Min, FNC Music‘s Han Sung Ho, Jungle Entertainment‘s Cho Sun Oh, J Tune‘s Jo Dong Won, Cube Entertainment‘s Hong Seung Sung, as well as 6 other representatives from Korea’s top music agencies. The topic of discussion being the launch of a new global concert brand ‘M-Live‘.
Ahn Suk Jun of CJ E&M remarked, “This is the first global concert brand that we’re currently working on with the top names in the industry.”
“K-POP has well established in Korea as well as Asia, but now we want to effectively enlarge our territories in South America as well as the Middle East. We will continue to work on spreading the Hallyu wave world-wide. Our goals are that in the future, not only K-POP but Korean entertainment overall will be established globally.”
