SS501 member Kim Kyu Jong expressed his disappointment in not receiving any acting advice from his fellow members.
At the press conference for TVChosun‘s new drama ‘Saving Ahjooma Go Bong Sil’ that took place at Kyungnam’s Hilton Golf and Spa Resort Clubhouse on the 7th, Kim Kyu Jong remarked,,
“They simply told me to ‘do well’,” he revealed. “Everyone is so busy, they don’t even have time to take care of themselves, let alone me.”
“All of us members agreed that we would focus on individual promotions for this year and next. I hope that we will all work really hard and we will be able to greet each other as good-willed rivals,” he added with hope.
It’s just been reported that After School’s Kahi will be joining the cast of ‘Dream High 2′ as one of the instructors of Kirin Arts High School!
A source revealed to Star News, “Kahi will show you her transformation into an actress for the first time through this drama… She will try her hardest to show you the best that she has to offer.”
Kahi will be acting alongside J.Y. Park, Choi Yeo Jin, and Kwon Hae Hyo as the school’s staff members. She (and the other teachers) will be in charge of guiding the students, T-ara’s Jiyeon, 2AM’s Jinwoon, Kang Sora, and SISTAR’s Hyorin.

After debuting with their first track, “Never Give Up” the powerful duo of Bang & Zelo are already drawing a strong response from fans both foreign and domestic, and the boys recently released a new picture showcasing their concept and charms.
In the image, the boys are posing on a leather couch, striking charismatic poses that bring out their handsome, boyish features.
Meanwhile, the music video for “Never Give Up” has drawn over 200,000 views. “Although it is a unit project prior to their official debut, we are receiving love calls from both domestic and abroad after just one performance,” commented a representative for TS Entertainment.

Recently, we reported that Kim Hyun Joong was offered the lead role in TV Chosun‘s upcoming drama, ‘Speed‘. It’s now been revealed that the star had declined the part due to a cramped schedule.
On December 7th, director Shin Je Kwang of KeyEast Entertainment said, “It’s a good work so we examined it, however, Kim Hyun Joong will be releasing a Japanese album in January and plans to move into Chinese promotions in February and March. Therefore, it has been decided that working on a drama with his current schedule would be too much.”
‘Speed’ is scheduled to air in March and April of next year. Yang Yun Ho (of KBS2TV‘s ‘Iris‘ fame) will directing this drama about competitive race car drivers and their crossed fates.
While Kim Hyun Joong has declined the offer, actor Lee Jung Jae and SNSD‘s Sooyoung have signed on for the series.

To celebrate the end of 2011, the YG Family members toasted their wineglasses at Psy‘s year-end party.
On December 7th, Psy shared a cozy photo through his me2day and wrote, “Big Bang & Gummy at my end of the year party~!!^^. It’s the first time I’ve shown my house!!! hahaha”.
The family photo sees Psy, G-Dragon, T.O.P., Gummy, Taeyang, and Seungri gathering around the dinner table for the camera. In particular, fans were glad to see G-Dragon’s smile after such a long time.

SHINee‘s Minho will be taking on a comedic acting role in SBS‘s new sitcom, ‘Salamander Guru’s Inside Story’, which will air early next year.
Minho will be playing the role of Minhyuk, a genius hacker, alongside actors Im Won Hee and Oh Dal Soo.
A source revealed, “Minho has begun acting preparations by enrolling in the staff cafe and such… He will help lead the story along as a hacker who manipulates the two robbers, played by Im Won Hee and Oh Dal Soo.”
Minho has ventured into acting before with the KBS drama special ‘Pianist’. He played the role of a 20 year old piano genius who became involved in a romantic relationship with Han Ji Hye‘s character, earning much praise for his stable acting ability.
It’s been announced that T-ara‘s new leader will be Soyeon, who will carry the torch after Hyomin.
Soyeon will be acting as leader of the group through promotions for their new repackaged album single “Lovey Dovey.” Core Contents Media stated, “Soyeon is the team’s main vocal as well someone with a strong sense of responsibility. This is why she is now leader following Eunjung, Boram, and Hyomin.”
The leader of T-ara acts as the intermediary between the group and producers as well as stylists for six to eight months to make a decision on the style the team will take on.
Soyeon is currently consulting with the members to showcase a completely different side from “Cry Cry” when promoting “Lovey Dovey.” T-ara will be promoting with “Lovey Dovey” starting on January 1st, 2012.
