On the 18th, a representative revealed to Star News that G-Dragon and TOP will be performing on the K-Pop Star episode to be aired on the 22nd for a collaborative stage.

Miss A, who released title song “Touch” with their new mini album in February, is also planned to perform that day.

Last month, B.A.P. and TS Entertainment labelmate SECRET took off together for Singapore for their co-fan meet. While vacationing together after work, the members went around with their own cameras and filmed special moments of their trip, which will all be compiled as a self-camera style diary for the show.
Himchan had previously tweeted a family photo of the group at a beach in Singapore, raising anticipation for what’s to come. Fans can expect to see behind-the-scenes clips of their press conference, interviews, and fan meets.
Considering that B.A.P. had their own reality show on the same network titled ‘Ta-dah! It’s B.A.P.’ at a weekend time slot, they’re expecting to continue their streak of popularity with another special broadcast of their own.

On the most recent recording for MBC Everyone‘s ‘Weekly Idol‘, the idol stars themselves chose the top 10 K-Pop idols they felt had the best fashion sense.
Previously, Big Bang leader G-Dragon was selected as the #1 ‘Idol Fashionista’ as well as the ‘Luxury High-End Idol’. So for this poll, the staff members decided to exclude G-Dragon’s name from the list.
Other idols chosen included T-ara‘s Hyomin, SHINee‘s Key, JYJ‘s Park Yoochun, 2NE1‘s CL, and more, but B2ST’s Yong Junhyung triumphed over everyone and claimed the #1 spot.
‘Superstar K3‘ contestant Yuna Kim has been revealed to have become a trainee under YG Entertainment.
An industry official revealed, “After being eliminated from ‘Superstar K3′, it’s known that she joined YG Entertainment as a trainee. She’s determined to become a singer in Korea, and despite having received love calls from other companies, she rejected them all for YG.”
Hailing from the States, Yuna Kim failed to make it into the ‘Top 10′. The official went on to explain, “Yuna Kim’s Korean is still not fluent yet so she was unfortunately eliminated for forgetting the lyrics in the middle of her audition. Considering that she is now under the training system of YG, we’re sure that she’ll grow to become a better singer.”
This is the third contestant YG Entertainment has brought under their wings from the ‘Superstar K’ series, with their other trainees being Kang Seung Yoon and Kim Eunbi from ‘Superstar K2′.
It looks like the year 2012 will be bombarded with a horde of new boy group rookies as DSP Media has revealed their plans to release their new boy group, DSP Boyz which will consist of 7 members. Earlier today they released the program’s CF, now we have an even longer preview.
DSP Media who once managed SS501, will be releasing their first boy group in five years. The label’s new group, DSP Boyz will be revealed to the public for the first time through MBC‘s ‘Making the Star- DSP Boyz‘ and the first teaser for this upcoming reality TV show has just been released today, through DSP’s official Youtube channel!.
Although this group’s stand-in name has been revealed as ‘DSP Boyz’, the full release of the member’s individual profiles and official group name will be released simultaneously in the future.
DSP shared, “We’ve prepared them [DSP Boyz] so that they would successfully portray and support DSP’s strong reputation while staying committed to the basic expectations of an idol group. I think these boys will continue our long tradition of successful boy bands like Sechs Kies, Click-B, and SS501 who were all managed under DSP“.
A photo of Big Bang‘s T.O.P in Japan was recently uploaded to a Korean community site with the caption, “T.O.P got married in Japan?”
In the photo, T.O.P was carrying a lady on his back with MBC‘s filming crew around them. Because of the photo, netizens are speculating that T.O.P is the latest idol that will be added to We Got Married‘s roster.

On the episode of ‘Beatles Code 2‘ that aired on the 29th, Jaebum, who featured, was asked “how do you rank yourself among dancing idols,” to which he answered, “I think I would be in the Top 5,” showing his confidence.
To answer “Jaebum’s choice for the best dance skills among idols,” he said, “I think Taeyang is the best at dancing,” and chose Big Bang’s Taeyang as number 1.
“Super Junior’s Shindomg is also good at dancing. He is good at rocking and popping,” making MC Shindong happy. He continued to say “Shinee’s Taemin and Super Junior’s Eunhyuk are also good dancers.”

BtoB’s Lee Minhyuk and Yook Sungjae have been named the new MCs for SBS MTV‘s ‘The Show 2‘! On March 20th, the boys will be participating in their first recording as the new MCs for season two of the popular music show.
Representatives of ‘The Show’ revealed, “We recognized BtoB’s potential and ability to become leaders and entertainers of the K-Pop scene, which is why we cast them as MCs for our music program even before their debut.”
Minhyuk is known for his pretty visuals but also his talents in vocal, rap, and acrobatics. Sungjae, on the other hand, is the group’s maknae and has been noticed for his tall height and skills in singing and dancing.
Fans will now have a chance to get to know hot rookie group NU’EST better as the boys will become the stars of a new reality program, ‘Making of a Star NU’EST: Landing Operation‘, on MBC Music.
On their new reality program, the boys will be visitng various parts of the country to capture the hearts of fans, as well as carrying out various missions together with their fans.
‘Making Of a Star NU’EST: Landing Operation’ is scheduled to air its first episode on March 21st at 7pm KST.

During a past episode of “Strong Heart,” Subin talked about appearing in Taeyang’s music video for “I Need a Girl.” In the music video, she was seen leaning on G-Dragon, causing quite the stir among netizens who were curious about their relationship.

On the March 7th episode of SBS ‘One Night of TV Entertainment‘, the members shared their thoughts on returning to the K-pop scene after a long 10-month hiatus.
“We went through a lot of things last year, but like the lyrics to “Blue“, the winter has passed and Spring is now upon us,” they said. “We hope that 2012 will only be full of warm Spring days for us.”
“This is the first time in a long while that the five of us are promoting together, and we hope this year will be full of abundant promotions and activities,” they continued.
