INFINITE shudders as they compare their old dorm to their new one
Earlier this week, INFINITE‘s Woohyun revealed the story behind their old dorm, and shared some details about their new place on SBS‘s ‘Strong Heart’. On September 30th, additional info was released by the members during an interview backstage at ‘Music Bank’.
After achieving their 1st win, the members were finally granted a new dorm by the CEO of Woollim Entertainment. The boys made their move on Sunday, September 25th to Joosang Bok Hap Apartments. When asked about their new dorm, the members didn’t hesitate in sharing their feelings.
According to the members, the new spacious dorm consists of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The roommate assignments are Sunggyu and Woohyun, and Hoya and Sungjong. While those four get the smaller rooms, Dongwoo, Sungyeol, and L, have to share the big room with their manager.
Woohyun expressed, “Everything has gotten better. The old dorm is on the level of a haunted house if you compared it to the new one. The walls are soundproof so we can listen to all the music we want and practice.” Sungyeol revealed, “To preserve the cleanliness of our room, we decided to throw away everything [that was] on the floor.” Dongwoo added, “We didn’t have a closet in our old dorm, but here we have a built-in closet, so it’s easy to organize.”
Sandara Park wakes up her cat for a picture
On September 30th, 2NE1‘s Sandara Park posted a picture of herself with Thunder‘s cat, Dadoong.
Sandara, who previously wrote that she was a little nervous around cats, seems to have warmed up to her brother’s pet. She wrote on her me2day, “I’m an immature nuna who wakes up Dadoong, who keeps sleeping, just to take a memorial photo! kekekeke Because of me, Dadoong took the picture with sleepy eyes!!!@.@ Dadoong is so sleepy~! kekeke I told him that he needs to practice his pose if he wants to do a photoshoot later, but Dadoong just gave a glare..ke Just like Dadoong~! He’s like me, so he uses his glare! Kyah~!”
In the picture, Sandara Park holds up her less-than-pleased cat and smiles cheekily for the camera. She wrote “Meow” and “With Dadoong, who is still half-sleep~ Click!^___^” as her captions.
Netizens replied, “Kyahh~ Unnie~! seems like you’re getting closer with Dadoong ! ^o^”, “Really..seriously..Our Dara, whom we love.. Stay healthy in Japan.. Return safely. B2ST’s Kikwang and Doojoon remind Junsu of the JYJ members?
JYJ‘s Junsu recently revealed his close friendship with B2ST members Kikwang and Doojoon, on Twitter.
On September 30th, Junsu tweeted Doojoon stating, “Doojoon-ah~ While I was looking at you and Kikwang today, laughter came out for some reason.” To which Doojoon replied, “Father’s laughter?” Kikwang, seeing the exchange between the two, chimed in, “Why laughter? How come I’m the only one who doesn’t understand?” Junsu then replied, “You two just… how should I say this… remind me of my members?”
Seeing the friendly Twitter exchange between the three, Netizens commented, “B2ST and JYJ seem good together. But, who is Jaejoong and who is Yoochun?,” “Junsu always had a cute image, so it’s a little awkward to hear his laughter referred to as ‘father’s laughter’,” and “It’s nice to see such a warm sunbae-hoobae relationship.”
Junsu, Doojoon, and Kikwang are currently members of the same celebrity soccer team, FC MEN.

ZE:A’s Hee Chul stuns fan girls with his side profile
On September 29th, ZE:A posted a stunning picture of member Hee Chul on their me2day page and wrote, “Featuring ZE:A’s member with the best facial structure! It’s none other than Hee Chul! Showing off his side profile.”
Upon uploading the photo, hundreds of fans flocked to comment beneath the post. They were hooked by the idol’s pretty boy looks as the idol effortlessly took a selca with his eyes closed. The shot looks like it has been ripped straight from a magazine cover due to it’s high quality.
Netizens expressed their amazement as they left, “Your side profile is so beautiful T_T,” “Very handsome!” and, “Wow! your face is perfect like a statue!”

SHINee’s Taemin sheds boyish image for a more manly one
Taemin‘s all-new, more mature looks will be documented on “K-STAR News.” SHINee, who first debuted with the song “Noona Neomu Yeppo (Replay),” caught the attention of older female fans with their wholesome, innocent image.
Back then their average age was seventeen; Taemin was the youngest at fifteen. His growth was the most anticipated, and he has certainly not disappointed with his 360 degree change in image.
While his cuteness captivated older girls back then, his manly looks are now driving fans of all ages wild.
In fact, in a recent photo taken with group member Key, it is impossible to tell who is the real maknae.

B1A4 making plans to debut in Japan?
It’s been revealed that rookie group B1A4 has been preparing for their Japanese debut. Korean/Japanese agency Pony Canyon revealed this through their official Twitter account earlier today.
A fan of the group had apparently found some picture of B1A4 releasing a single as soon as next month and tweeted it to the company to ask them about it. Instead of denying, the company acknowledged the fan’s question, and simply remarked that the group was indeed preparing for a Japanese debut.
Whether or not the debut will happen as soon as October, just as the picture says, has not revealed yet. But seeing as the picture links to the official website, and the website doesn’t hold any information to the release, we can most likely regard the picture as just a fan’s work.

Super Junior’s Kangin now a corporal?
Recent images of Super Junior‘s Kangin, who enlisted into the army last July, has surfaced.
The images were uploaded on an online community under the thread title “Kangin’s recent state,” and show him in attendance at the “Nakdong River Battle Victory Anniversary Celebration.” A slightly plumper Kangin has the phrase “Army Corporal” dictated under his name, immediately catching his fans’ attention.
Netizens commented, “Since he is already a corporal, he must be getting discharged soon,” “He lost weight when he was a private, but he’s gained it all back now,” “Was he filming a publicity video for the army?” and “Other people’s army life passes faster [than my own].”

Mir of MBLAQ changes his hairstyle to that of a Brazilian soccer player on K-POP Cover Dance
On the episode of MBC TV’s Cover Dance Festival K-POP Roadshow 40120, MBLAQ members visited Brazil, the country of Samba.
In this episode, MBLAQ visited fan Luana’s house, and Luana shed tears and said, “K Pop has been a great comfort to me during my gloomy childhood after the divorce of my parents.”
Especially, Luana, who works as a hairdresser, cut Mir’s hair on the spot. Mir’s new hair looked like that of Brazilian soccer player Neymar and gave a good laugh.
Other members responded: “You look like Beckham.” “You look like a sea horse.” Mir gave a bracelet as a gift and created a friendly atmosphere.

“Haru Haru” to be Released in Japan in November
On November 23rd, Big Bang will release a new album in Japan called, “The Best of Big Bang“.
According to reports from Japanese media outlet Sankei Sports, the album will feature 14 songs sung in Japanese, one of which being their famous track, “Haru Haru“.
“Haru Haru” was released back in August of 2008, and it’s become one of Big Bang’s most popular songs, earning nearly 22 million views on YouTube. A survey was held in mid-September which asked, “Which Korean song do you want to hear in Japanese?“, and “Haru Haru” was chosen with nearly 9,000 votes, totalling to 90% of the overall count. It’s said that the boys decided to release a ‘best-of’ album due to the immense popularity of these survey results.
Sankei Sports also reported that this version of “Haru Haru” will feature vocals from member Daesung, who’s currently put a hold on his promotions with the group due to a car accident scandal earlier this year.
