Big Bang to do it big in 2012!

Big Bang is aiming to make a big comeback in 2012.

The group will release an album in February, followed by a set of concerts titled Big Show in Seoul from March 2-4.

It is undecided whether the new album will be a full studio album or a mini album, but the Big Bang members are currently working hard on their new album and preparations for their concert.

With the new set of promotions, Big Bang will attempt to rebound higher after slipping up with Daesung’s car crash and G-Dragon’s drug scandal.

Super Junior to hold ‘Super Show 4′ at Tokyo Dome with 100,000 fans

Super Junior will be taking the stage at the famous Tokyo Dome.

On May 12th and 13th, Super Junior will be making their ‘Super Show 4‘ world tour stop in Japan at the Tokyo Dome.

Last December, Super Junior rallied 80,000 audience members through their two concerts which was held at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan. Super Junior is planning to meet with 100,000 fans at their Tokyo Dome concerts.

Considering that Super Junior has not had any special promotions in Japan, being able to book a concert at the 100,000 capacity Tokyo Dome is a rather astounding accomplishment.

‘Shut Up Flower Boy Band’ releases second teaser featuring INFINITE’s L

Back in December, we reported that INFINITE‘s L would be starring in a new tvN mini-series called ‘Shut up Flower Boy Band‘. tvN has already released a first trailer, and now they’ve followed up with a longer video.

The trailer begins with the thought, John Lennon once said, ‘The Beatles are more famous than Jesus.’ We’re neither special nor famous — we just do want we want to do.

The video then kicks into high gear with scenes of loud rock performances at indie houses, hoodlum shenanigans, and other vignettes into a young boy’s carefree lifestyle.

Winners from the 26th Golden Disk Awards (Part 2)

On January 12th, many of Korea’s top musicians and pop stars gathered at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka for the 26th Golden Disk Awards for a second day of festivities.

This year, the show was divided into two parts: the first part (held on January 11th) honors the winners of the physical album categories, while the second party (held on January 12th) will do the same for digital albums. miss A‘s Suzy and F.T. Island‘s Hongki acted as MCs for day two of this year’s awards.

The first ‘Golden Disk Awards’ began in 1986, and since then, it’s become Korea’s most prestigious awards ceremony for music. Nicknamed the ‘Korean Grammy Awards,’ the ceremony is reputed for its fair standards, as the committee utilizes figures from album and digital music sales only.

SM releases ninth EXO teaser, featuring Lu Han and Se Hun

SM Entertainment continued its string of teasers for upcoming boy group EXO with its ninth video.

On January 12th, the label shared a new video clip featuring members Lu Han and Se Hun.

While the eye candy is certainly great, fans were more than delighted to finally hear some singing in the clip.
